Project Summary
ak|a were involved with the design of a small housing development on a greenfield site at Kinellar in Aberdeen. The proposed development comprises four detached family homes of high quality design which reflect the rural character of the site.
The siting and layout of houses evolved from in depth analysis of the site, addressing sun path, long range views towards Benachie, mature trees at the South and established boundaries.
