Project Summary
Planning permission has been granted for a new house at East Lediken. The new dwelling is located to have a connection to the farm while still providing privacy to the occupants.
The dwelling is designed to take advantage of the spectacular views and solar gains. The public rooms are designed to all function separately while being able to open up to act as one open plan area.
